Synerlogic LLC Terms of Use for No-Residue Laminated Vinyl Stickers for Laptops

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Synerlogic LLC's no-residue laminated vinyl stickers for laptops ("Product"). By purchasing or using our Product, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Use

The Product is intended for application on laptops and similar smooth, non-porous surfaces. By using the Product, you acknowledge and agree that it is designed for decorative or branding purposes. Synerlogic LLC is not responsible for any damage arising from improper use or application, including but not limited to, damage caused by placement on unsuitable surfaces or materials.

2. Adhesion and Removal

Our vinyl stickers are designed to leave no adhesive residue on most laptop surfaces. However, due to variations in laptop materials, finishes, or coatings, Synerlogic LLC cannot guarantee that the Product will not leave residue or cause minor damage on all surfaces. It is strongly recommended that you test a small area before full application. Synerlogic LLC disclaims any responsibility for damage, residue, or any adverse effects from the removal of the Product.

3. Performance Disclaimer

While Synerlogic LLC aims to provide durable and high-quality vinyl stickers, we do not guarantee their resistance to extreme environmental factors such as high temperatures, exposure to chemicals or mechanical damage such as scratches. Using the Product in such conditions may affect performance or durability. Please follow any care instructions provided by Synerlogic LLC to maximize the Product’s lifespan.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

Synerlogic LLC provides the Product "as-is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Synerlogic LLC disclaims any and all warranties related to the Product.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Synerlogic LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with the Product is to discontinue its use. Synerlogic LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

6. User Responsibility

By using the Product, you assume full responsibility for its use and application. Synerlogic LLC is not responsible for any damage to your device or property that results from the application or removal of the Product. Synerlogic LLC recommends that users consult their device manufacturer’s guidelines regarding the application of stickers or decals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content related to the Product, including but not limited to designs, logos, images, and trademarks, are the property of Synerlogic LLC and are protected under intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using Synerlogic LLC's intellectual property for any commercial purpose without express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Product will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in The United States of America.

9. Modifications to Terms

Synerlogic LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Product following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
